In-Process Quality Control and Finished Product Inspection
The laboratory is fully equipped with various quality inspection equipment. Quantitative testing is carried out for various quality-related indicators, including moisture content, hardness, deodorization rate, clumping firmness, bulk density, etc.
For each package of semi-finished cat litter, workers will strictly follow the company's quality inspection standard procedures and accept it into the warehouse according to the quality inspection grade standard data.Each semi-finished cat litter will be labeled with an inspection label (the label will indicate the grade, whether it is qualified, and its unique production batch number). Unqualified products will be downgraded for testing and donated to third-party institutions.We assist customers in testing new product trials or mixed cat litter ratios, all of which will be actually tested in the laboratory and sampled.Regular conventional materials and batch new products will be sent to third parties for inspection, such as CCIC and CTI.The professional quality control team is responsible by all staff in our factory's warehouse. Regular quality control training is conducted monthly.
