Q2 :Can you make OEM or ODM service?
Yes, we can make both. We have our own designer team, please feel free to choose our ODM products.

Q3 :What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1. Product size: width x length x thickness MM
2. Quantity per order and yearly quantity if possible
3. Design/concept of product

Q4:How about the sample time?
7-10 days for standard Lanyard
It will be subject to the lead time of customized materials.

Q5:Can you offer free samples?
Sample fee will be charged on the actual cost and will be refunded when order confirmed.

Q6:How about the production time?
7-15 working days for standard Lanyard.

Q7:How about the shipping way?
By express, By air and/or By sea as per your requirements.

8:What are the payment terms?
1. 30% deposit in advance when order confirmed, the balance paid before shipment.
2. L/C AT SIGHT when amount is more than USD50,000.
3. Western Union/ Paypal for sample & small order acceptable.
